Our Home answers to a real social need targeted at the weakest members of our society.  This Home has equally become the vehicle for the employment and valorisation of women.  Our staff consists of 6 women.  Our board consists of 3 women and 4 men and our general manager is a woman.  We feel that the women of Bethlehem should participate equally in decision making and managing.

Of our Staff three Argentinean Nuns are working day and night in our Home on a voluntary basis, a full time cook, a cleaner and an executive manager is also among our staff. When more residents join our Home more employees will be needed; a maintenance man, a door keeper, a cleaner and one more cook.
